Joining a meeting is fast and easy.
There are three easy ways for Participants to join your meetings. By selecting Join from the StartMeeting homepage users will be prompted to enter their name and email to quickly access the meeting through our Spark technology or, Participants can join from the StartMeeting Icon on their system tray or Desktop, and lastly, Participants can click the link provided to them from your invitation Email.
There are three ways in which you can invite Participants to join your meeting.
From your Meeting Wall, you can simply select Invite Participants and follow the simple steps. From your Meeting Dashboard, you can select the Invite Participant icon and forward connection details accordingly. Using our Calendar integrations, you can invite participants directly from within Outlook or Google Calendar.
